I don't think so. I think we all have the same strength. I quit many times and wasn't able to make it last more than a week or two, maybe a month. This time was different because of only ONE reason. This time I turned quitting into a pleasure greater than smoking. I made a list of all the ways that I would benefit from not smoking and I focused on them until the idea of not smoking excited me more than that first cigarette in the morning. If you want to quit anything, all you have to do is to program your brain to consider not doing whatever it is a greater pleasure than doing it.
