Blood references (from one person to the other) approved of in the Bible! Genesis 2: 21-22 New World Translation online: 21 Hence Jehovah God had a deep sleep fall upon the man and, while he was sleeping, he took one of his ribs and then closed up the flesh over its place. 22 And Jehovah God proceeded to build the rib that he had taken from the man into a woman and to bring her to the man. Nowhere does the Bible indicate that "Adam's" rib was "cleaned" or "drained" of the "blood" or red marrow inside Adam's rib. This same rib was used to "build" Eve, therefore, the same blood and marrow that came from Adam was then used to form Eve. Genesis 2:23, "The man said: "This is at last bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh." Nowhere did Adam say: At last bone of my "cleansed" bone! Or, At last flesh of my "drained" flesh! http://www.watchtower.org/bible/ge/chapter_002.htm
FUNCTIONS OF THE SKELETON SYSTEM
1. THE BONES THAT MAKE UP THE SKELETON SYSTEM SERVES FOUR IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS:
A. Provides a framework that Supports the Body; the muscles that are attached to the bones move the skeleton.
B. Protects Some Internal Organs from mechanical injury; the rib cage protects the heart and lungs OR SKULL AROUND THE BRAIN, for examples.
C.Contains and Protects the Red Bone Marrow, Hematopoiesis (Blood-forming) tissues (Red BloodCells or Erythrocytes). Some White Blood Cells (Leukocytes) are also produced in Bones.

Bones, Muscles, and Joints!
The soft bone marrow inside many of our bones is where most of the blood cells flowing through our bodies are made. The bone marrow contains special cells called stem cells, which produce the body's red blood cells and platelets. Red blood cells carry oxygen to the body's tissues, and platelets help with blood clotting when a person has a cut or wound. http://www.kidshealth.org/teen/your_body/body_basics/bones_muscles_joints.html (See paragraph 8--scroll down) Do Jehovah's Witnesses have Twins? Twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome occurs specifically in identical twins sharing the same placenta. It is estimated to occur in 5-10% of identical twin pregnancies. In twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, the twins share not only the same placenta but some of the same circulation. This allows the transfusion of blood from one twin (the donor) to the other (the recipient). The donor twin becomes small and anemic, and the recipient twin becomes large and overloaded with blood. Twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome can range from mild to severe. It can occur at any point during the pregnancy, even at birth (once one umbilical cord has been clamped after delivery, the other twin may get a rush of extra blood). http://fetus.ucsfmedicalcenter.org/twin/learn_more.asp http://rarediseases.about.com/od/rarediseasest/a/031905.htm Twins in the Bible! (Genesis 25:24 New World Translation online) 24 Gradually her days came to the full for giving birth, and, look! twins were in her belly. 25 Then the first came out red all over like an official garment of hair; so they called his name E´sau. 26 And after that his brother came out and his hand was holding onto the heel of E´sau; so he called his name Jacob. And Isaac was sixty years old at her giving them birth. http://www.watchtower.org/bible/ge/chapter_025.htm Genesis 38:27-30
27 Now it developed that in the time of her giving birth, why, here there were twins in her belly. 28 Further, it turned out that when she was giving birth one extended his hand, and the midwife at once took and tied a scarlet piece about his hand, saying: “This one came out first.” 29 Finally it developed that as soon as he drew back his hand, why, here his brother came out, so that she exclaimed: “What do you mean by this, that you have produced a perineal rupture for yourself?” Hence his name was called Pe´rez. 30 And afterward his brother upon whose hand the scarlet piece was came out and his name came to be called Ze´rah.

While the Bible does not show that any of the twins mentioned in these scriptures suffered from "twin-to-twin syndrome, on the other hand, it does not mention that they "did not" suffer from twin-to-twin syndrome either!
But what if they had suffered from this syndrome?
Would Jehovah have stopped their being born because they were transfusing blood from one twin-to-the-other?
Would Jehovah delete the lineage of the promised seed just because one twin transfused blood to the other twin?
