They have taken a less hard line approach on some issues like blood transfusion, alternative service, voting, and they themselves cooperated with those they consider to be part of Babylon to further their interests. Nothing much will change except the total lift on the blood ban in a few more years. Unless they tighten up the measures against the inactive, but they have already done so to a great extend many dubs treat the inactive like the DFed/DAed.

Their next logical change is to eliminate the Kingdom Ministry journal. Since the second monthly issue of the Watchtower is becoming an internal issue for JWs only, the KM will become redundant and therefore will be eliminated.
Since 1995 the GB has solved their two main problems with how long the "end" has taken: Generation of 1914 now extends forever and the Anointed were not "sealed" in 1935 which explains why they keep getting new Anointed people all the time.
Eventually they will be forced to eliminate the ban on blood and blood products just as they were forced to eliminate their bans on vaccinations and organ transplants.
Another thing they will do is slowly sell off all of their Brooklyn properties that contain bethelites. They might keep a few builds as real estate investments, but "Bethel" will cease to exist in any meaningful way in Brooklyn. "Bethel" will eventually be moved to Patterson and Wallkill. We will know this has happened when they stop publishing their "25 Columbia Heights" address as their main contact address.
