I don't give a bit about the Jw's I am now feeling totally free from them. I have read a lot about the bs and the money grubbing ways of the wts.
thanks to all of you and the links I have learned of.
My kids are now foreign to me as they are totally immersed in the lie. Too bad for them I live my life for me now.
I am healthy and happy for the first time in a very long time..

I'm glad that you've "arrived"! Through trials and tribulation. That part about the kids, though, is a tough one. We all have to go through the various steps of the letting-go process. I try to be happy where I am now and let the rest take care of itself - a day at a time.

Congrats Hambeak! I hope that your kids do come to you one day. But like you I have had, for sanity's sake, to try and forget about family - they still pop up regularly in my dreams though!

I’m so sorry for your loss, but I know the WT has driven you over the edge! I am in a similar position, with family not accepting my rejection of Mommy-WT! I hope your kids, at some point, will realize that they miss their parent and will talk to you regardless of your situation. If not, you’ll have to move on; and I know this may be very difficult for you and I’m very sorry for you! My heart goes out to you!

Well done, education on the issue and an expansion of awareness relative to the WTS and their beliefs is what does it. Fortunately on the internet there are websites covering thoroughly every aspect of the JWs. Anyone searching these will soon be free from the "truth" by finding the real truth about the org.
