Yes please do, maybe you explain better than me.
JH is a wingding
Weird I get Wingdings formatting when I use IE but it would refuse to post (I get an error message), and when I copy and post the html in Firefox, the post goes through but the Wingdings formatting goes away. What browser are you using?
Yes Leolaia, loud and clear.
I started this thread because my msn friend can't convert it even though I told her how. I have 2 identical computers here and one will and one wont convert....I guess her comptuer is like the other one I have.
OK, for those who have no clue how it's done, it's simple.
Just edit the post where you see wingdings, even if its not your post, and highlight the wingdings and change font.....voila
What browser are you using
IE 6 I guess, where do i check that
Won't work that way for me. I only get that formatting tab in IE, and when I use the tab in IE, it doesn't stick. I select the font, and it goes back to what it was (the default). I've noticed this for some time. So in order to force the font through I have to put the HTML tags manually in the text (by writing the text in Word and copy and pasting). But these HTML tags fail to post in IE (getting me an error message) and in Firefox they are simply ignored.
Ah, that's it. I downloaded IE 7 and upgraded. That means that the font tabs work with IE 6 and below but not with the latest version.
