I think it's okay, you can get information, and do you need help they will be there for you.
There are a debat forum, but not so active. If you ask a question, there are always ont to answer. They are doing a great job anyway
But they are not as active as they use to be. So I am working at a webpage, and more active help and advertising in the news. But I has not come this far yet.
Welcome Manjana, the JWs are not recognized as a religion in France and are labelled as a cult and tehrefore do not get exmpted from paying tax. They went as far as the European Court to get the religion status but they lost the case. So it's not surprising if they will try to get money out of France to minimise the taxes they must pay. It shows how important money is for them.

It's funny, as a witness I always thought that they were the most honesly people in the whole world. Because one of the things to make me feel that way was that they always did show the congregations economy.
And now 8 years after I left, I am beginning to see it more and more, they are sooooooo gredy.

Yeah money is in their head.
Many people came to believe that the real goal of the Watchtower society is to make money that it is a business pretending to be a religion so that it can use religion as a way to make money. They have millions of workers selling their products without any pay, plus they got fabulously rich over the years from properties and big money donated to them by their members. And of course as a religion they don't pay taxes in most countries. A very clever plan.

Yes indeed a very clever plan. In Denmark we have this sentence, they are not lost behind a vehicle/car.
Sitting here outfront the walls, I am so chocked, that I once believed it was the truth.
They should have a third degree in brainwashing people. They should be ashamed.
In denmark I know, that they are following the case very close in France. I sure hope they will loose in every country, which is pulling them to court. Them and their: pay Caesar.

Anyway, I visited Danmark a few times in the course of my life and always think of it as a very nice country. Some good memories!
However I cannot say whether or not the rumour hold water or not, I would not be surprised. Any company with some capacity to planning would secure their assests. Many countries have tried some nationalisation schemes. I believe one is going on in Equador and Venezuela and a biggie in Russian Federation. The WT did not secure their Magdeburg properties and are still mourning about it's loss.
So, yes, it may be very feasable they try to do that.

It's nice that you have good memories from Denmark. I's a small but beautyfull country. I live west 1/2 an hour from the west ocean in jutland, if you know where it is? So wonderfull in all kind of weather.
About the money, I am pretty sure, that it's not a rumor. Because it come from a family member, who is a witness. And he said afterwards that he perhaps should'nt have told it. He is a witness.
And it should'nt surprise me at all either. They have a lot in their backpack, which is'nt very thruthfull.
