Crumpet that's the idea a humous should be nice and creamy, low fat versions like most low fat foods is no good. The one I like best is from Tim's dairy sold in some small outlets they are the ones that do the avocado humous and also another type using pinto beans instead of chick peas, also very nice. Juni a light torch is a flash light probably that's the American term.
