Well, I thought I would use this thread to show off my little girls name who was just born on 2/5/07, her name is Delanie Parker, we call her "Lanie" for short, umm and "winkers"...there is a reason but I do not want to take up too much time on this thread...just a proud mommy.

Horrible Life,

That was so sweet you posted this! It just made my day! I don't know anyone very well (except a few) so I was not expecting this because of that. Thats why I chimed in on another thread!!!

I will post pictures soon, I am partial, but she is so sweet/soft/beautiful...etc etc...very proud mommy here.

I have a bit of baby advise. I know, I know, that your are probably full of getting advise, but this was given to me, by a stranger in a resturant. I stored the information in the recesses of my brain, and, as fate would have it, I needed and used this information. Thank Goodness I paid attention.

The lady told me to watch my baby's toes, for hairs being wrapped around them, getting them from her socks, etc. A couple of months later, I changed my baby's socks, to match an outfit, and just happen to glance at her toes, for this reason. Her little toe, was so red, it was close to being purple. I used Nair, hair removing lotion, and you could see the little toe pink right back up.

I couldn't get on the forum all day yesterday, I was having withdrawls!

Horrible life, you are not going to believe this but my husband called me yesterday and said that we need to watch Laney's toes and fingers, one of my hairs was wrapped around her toe!!!! Isn't that weird that you would tell me that the strange lady told you the same thing? It was wrapped so tight, her little toe was red! My hair is long, never even would have thought something like that would happen.
