Sitting on he porch of my rest house in the mountain, sipping a scotch, steaks cooking on the bbq, listening to my kids playing in the yard while my wife rubs my shoulders.
Might just head up there today.

...and even the things i enjoy the most are still part of of the mind-purgatory of past and future. simply because they are things. but i don't understand paradise (being) as something we can aquire (thing or place). it's a state that we awaken to, psychologically.

Watching sunset, something really special about it, moment in which there is no past or future only present - a moment perfect in itself.

One of my fondest childhood memories is of being on vacation at a state park, and going on a night hike, and being able to look up and see thousands of stars in the sky. There's nothing so beautiful as that.

I live in paradise, Florida and after a while, I can understand why Adam and Eve ate the apple.
But when my chemicals are right. Being in a boat on the water in Florida, or on a motorcycle or playing music in my band.
I think winning the lottery and the freedom to not have to work or account to anyone else would be paradise. Just enjoy myself 24/7
