Hey moe.....sorry chickadee. I guess I was a "smarty pants" I did figure it was florida but thought just maybe you lived somewhere else but florida put out the story first.
I like your posts and hope you can toughen up on this board as it can put a person on edge with some of the posts.

I have had to soften my words before - I am plenty "tough" enough. The point is - it seems there can't be one stinking post with out somebody accusing another person of being a liar. Paranoid people are irritating and it puts this board in a bad light for lurkers.

Relax folks - we are all human - enough of the personal attacks - it's really annoying to have to defend every litle thing said.

Interesting that I don't have the same reaction to any of my posts, and the same can be said of most others on this board. Perhaps there is something different about your approach that tends to make people react in this manner?

I am not finding this information on CNN or anywhere. Where are you guys hearing it? I believe Moe........haven't you ever heard a news report that changed the news the way it REALLY was. I am quite sure they are told by 'authorities' sometimes, to do that.......keep panic down, or something.

For instance, on September 11, I heard ONCE, on TV, that the plane over Pennsylvania was accompanied by Air Force jets, then exploded, in the air and crashed. The implication was there that it was shot down. Now there are all kinds of heroes being touted. Who knows what really happened? We never will know.

I have to admit the newspapers don't always get the facts straight. When I first went through this thread, I also had the feeling of anticipation, wondering where in the US this was. I was getting agitated as I saw Moe replying with more info but never answering the question. Is was not until I clicked on the link before I realized it was very far away from me, and I relaxed a bit. Sorry guys, I love Arby's and they see this mug about 3 times a week

true, she didnt have that much time to respond after the first post. the fact is though, that she DID respond after asked by more than one person WHERE the act took place. she responded, but it seemed as if she was ignoring the "where" questions. and with all due respect to simon and mr.moe, i hardly think after reading over this thread and the other simon/moe thread that mr. moe was "attacked". brutus did say he/she smelled "bullshit", but he/she was promptly replied to by being called a jackass and a prick. so is that how reprimanding on this forum goes? the one who throws the first punch is told to watch it, but subsequent "attacks" and name-calling deemed appropriate? hmmmmm.

for the record, i have nothing against mr.moe. it just seems that some can be very sensitive to word exchanges on the forum, and that sensitivity/complaining is usually followed up by some counsel from the top dawg.
