I own with some friends a Tech Forum for discussing Computers etc.
Anyhow i am in the process with one of my friends in creating a new Skin or theme for the Forum itself.
Your thoughts on the Skin were making?

a lot of forums do it! they actually like people to have online communities since it encourages interest in their OS.
