You can create the same topic that you have read anywhere in JWD. You can be creative. You can do it.

There's still time to rename this thread:

How do you like your hamburger?

    You know,

Grilled, Baked, Broiled, Done in a crockpot with sauce

Served- Raw, Rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, well done, charcoal

    Condiments- what varieties

    Bun- What kind

    Cheese- What kind

    Sides- What's best

Go ahead, you can steal it.

    OKAY! THX!

What is your favorite hot sauce?

    Tabasco? Cholula? RedHot? Sambol?

    Depends on what I'm eating.

Sri-racha from china is a fave with beef.

    Tiger sauce with chicken.

Horseradish or wasabi based with pork or ham.

Anything else is good, except for Dave's Insanity Sauce- that is downright dangerous!

    Nvr,

Good catch- My americanism is showing!

    Vietnamese-Californian it is!

The image “http://www.panix.com/~clay/cookbook/images/sriracha-sauce.jpg” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

Also, should have added- add tabasco (green preferably) for soups and stews.

LMAO @ BroA! You cool brother. I will not let this stuff run out at home. It's addicting!

Note: To any considering buying this delicious sauce, a word of caution. You can get it for cheap at your local asian/oriental (not sure of the politically-correct word) market. However I've seen it at gourmet markets and hot-sauce vendors for 2 to 3 times the normal price.
