for the very first time ever.
Sweetheart, you didn't tell me that it was the first time you blew out candles on your bday cake. I'm gonna cry. I'm so glad your son was there to witness that and put in the candles---all 34 LOL! I always remind myself we do these things as awkward as they feel sometimes for our children to see and experience but it's also for the little children in us still looking for our birthday cakes, our easter baskets, our presents under the Christmas trees that never came.
