Baseball and softball.
I love the game. Played, very badly, when I was a kid in a league. I love the National League with no designated hitter. I love watching the manager, hitting and pitching coaches have to use strategy, rather than just having a designated hitter get up and bat for the pitcher each time. The pitchers are my favorite players. I like to see them up to bat, especially when they are decent batters. I also like to see a player who is an ace at stealing bases, like Otis Nixon.
I discovered, when the Atlanta Braves started playing well back in the 90's, that the men look quite alright in those uniforms. A guy I dated in highschool came over one day, dressed in his baseball uniform, and it made me swoon. He was over 6' 4".

Golf. I play a couple times a week in the summer, and watch all the Majors and alot of the other tournaments on the tube.

Love to watch pro hockey and football but love to play tennis or bowl. basketball is pretty good as well for watching or playing . Love to watch baseball and football .too
