This is the teaching that was very quietly scrapped in 1995. Because they were running out of time they could no longer keep saying that "..people alive in 1914 would live to see the end of this system...."
It was quietly slipped into a WT article with no fanfare. I guess they were hoping nobody would notice. The new teaching says that the "..end could come at any time".
