  Not to worry brothers and sisters, we've all been there. Many of us were trembling when we first happened upon this site.

  One new poster, calls herself Snowbird, just revealed that she's been lurking(reading without posting) here for 7 years!

  I myself lurked here for 2 years(one of which while still an elder) before I first posted.

  Others posting here are still elders, but nervous about revealing such info in their postings.

  Many here are ex-bethelites and many ex-pioneer brothers and sisters.

  Unconditional love is to be found in abundance here.

  I did not 'lurk' long, but I recall the fear was palpable when I first visited the site. I had already left the organization 10 months previous, but still retained the Jw mindset. [Hell, at times I still have that mindset]. I knew it wasn't the 'truth', I knew of the scandals, I knew of the lack of love. Still, I prob had sweaty palms after I first posted here.

  Kinda like finally selling your soul to the Debil, I 'spose. At least that is the way it felt.

  I think we will all die at armegeddon ,but it wont be instantly.

  The only problem is Armegeddons coming in 1975 and time is going forward.

  I was reading it on and off for a year or so before joining in, but by that time I was already well and truly out anyway so this became more of a fun outlet and place to vent out my feelings about wtbs step-mother.

  Heck, you already managed to amount over 2000 posts in few months . I've been here almost 2 years and still haven't got that many. Good work man :)

  I Know what I like, and I like what I know

  Not terrified, sometimes a bit reluctant. It's hard to express feelings and thoughts in a foreign language.

  So I visit JWD almost everyday, but at the momemt more reading then writing.

  Thanks all of you anyway, it's good therapy!

  I lurked for a long time...about 10 minutes .....then proceeded to reveal where I stay /photos...etc....don't give a toss what bethelite or elder sees me....come on in lurkers.....the water's lovely.....ninja
