The south park about Kenny being in a vegetated state is really good, I think it's called BFF's. When Cartmen pretends to be retarded to get into the special olympics, that's a phenominal episode. If you haven't seen South Park start from Season 1 up. The first episode will give you a great idea of what the show is like.

I like South Park - what I find amusing is that they do a lot of stuff to deliberately offend people, people who oblige by becoming very offended. One of the things my husband didn't like about me (you know - the religious maniac gun-collecting cop-killer-wannabe) was that I would laugh at South Park. He said it was proof that I have low morals...I think it's proof that I can see the joke!

A friend of mine at work who is a Big South Park and Family Guy fan had asked me if I'd ever seen the season 10 "Cartoon Wars" episodes...I hadn't until now (well, the first of two). The jabs at Family Guy are right on target, imo...
