It depends what you mean by disorderly.
I have seen parents thrash their children mercilessly for the most minor
of offences in the hall I used to attend, with the punishment being far more
than the "crime" deserved. I'd call that disorderly conduct, personally. At times I felt like taking the parents outside and inflicting the same level
of punishment on them. I never did that, but I wish I had now. -

I sure have!
Sisters questioning brothers...(they are now in Hell)
Brothers questioning Elders.....(that is super really evil bad)
And not voting with the Elders on motions! (gasp)

I saw once an elder in a heated dispute with the wife of another elder but that was after everyone else had left, I didn't really think about it then but later I realised there must have been a big power struggle going on between elder families vying for influence.

My father was giving a talk at the Service Meeting and brought up a situation that was not even in his assigned material--regarding another elder's son. Although he didn't mention any names, it was obvious who he was referring to. The elder was so angry that night that he left the KH slamming the door. I'd say they were both out of place.

Memories of the fine times. At the hall here there is a legal requirement to have a meeting of the local corporation. The PO, SO, and Secretary were the officers of this corporation. A motion would be made and seconded that these three would remain as officers of the local corporation. The congregation would then vote, majority rules. But they would also be required to ask for those opposed. I raised my hand and while I think I was the only one who opposed them, the wife of the then secretary (Now PO) just glared at me. If looks could kill. Too bad, no one ever asked me why I opposed them.

I have seen the following heinous crimes committed in Kingdumb Hells:
(1) Children running around in the hall before and after the session, including playing games that they should be playing outside. The elders made a big stink about it.(2) Children eating Tic Tacs and drawing during the meetings. These were as young as 2 years old, and they are supposed to be paying rapt attention to the program.
(3) Children milling around during the assembly program. They are supposed to be sitting still for 4 or 5 hours at a time, pausing only to sing that Kingdumb S*** between sessions and to stand during those breaks.
(4) Playing on the ice on the parking lot in winter. Ditto with playing in puddles, snowbanks, and the flower bed in season.
(5) Children falling asleep during the meeting. And we are talking school children in the lower grades during the evening meetings, which do not let out until after 9:15 (and that's when they end on time: I have seen the hounder-hounders run these as late as 10:30 PM and later on school nights.) They are supposed to stay awake and pay full attention during the whole meeting.
And they wonder why they have (6) Missing the meetings.

I know of a couple of elders who dared to drink beer while guarding a hall construction project.
Does that count?

Two Elders' sons were in the back, handling the turntable for the music. I was a youngun at the time. I looked back and Elder's Son #1 nudged Elder's Son #2 and pointed down to his crotch, where he was making his erect penis jump up and down under his slacks. The other just laughed and laughed...
Such upstanding young brothers!
