His job is to put a spin on everything that favours the WTS and inevitably he will have to lie since he doesn't want to admit the many wrong things done by the org. To an ex dub who knows that the GB whom he represents are a bunch of criminals he is obviously a liar but to the general public he may be telling the truth.
