In Internet explorer go to the file menu and select "import and export". A wizard will pop up and you can export your favourites from there. W

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF THEY WILL TAKE IT OR NOT, I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU PULL THE HARD DRIVE JUST IN CASE. YOU CAN PUT IT BACK IN WHEN YOU STRAIGHTEN THINGS OUT. IF THEY GET YOUR HARD DRIVE, AND THE PEOPLE THEIR ARE SAVVY ENOUGH, AND YOU'VE DONE ANY FINANCING OR ONLINE BANKING, ETC. THEY CAN RETRIEVE THE DATA.

I agree, pull the hard drive, but replace it with a broken one. Ask a computer repair shop , if they will give you a broken one.
Go back to the repair shop with your good hard drive and ask them to put the hard drive in one of their used barebones computers and set it up for you
My guess is for around $100 you can get back online.

I could tell you the law in Florida, but I have to say you should talk to a Tonganese lawyer.

Purplesofa,
Good for you getting your act together so quickly, even surrounded by family trouble as you are! *applause* I like everybody's advice about taking that last $529 and buying yourself another computer with it. Then you only need the lawyer to get back the money you've already spent for nothing.
I got to say, though, that if you f*** up the computer it won't help your case in small claims court.
(Say, where did you find the lawyer? How will you pay him? How much did he ask for?)
