    World's End has arrived ...

LOL, nope, not Armageddon, sorry to disappoint you. But I thought it would be appropriate for me to introduce you Jack Sparrow

"What would you do? What would any of you be willing to do? Would you breathe the weird and haunted shores at world's end, to fetch back ... Witty Jack?" ~ Tia Dalma a voodoo priestess

    World's End Trailer

Probably THE quote of the movie:

ELIZABETH: It would have never worked out between us.
JACK SPARROW: Keep telling yourself that, darling.

Nice trailer. Going to see the movie this weekend, I like anything that Johny Depp is in.

So when did you see it??? I Haven't seen it, I plan on waiting until it's been out a week or two so I can have some space in the theatre. The trailer looks really good but I'll have to see it no matter what. I love the Pirates' movies.

Just came back from the movie theater so if you don't want to read my impressions stop reading now before watching the movie

My first thought of the movie was, whom do you trust!?! My last thought of the movie was, can you trust your own eyes and ears?!?
As Travolta put it in one of his movies (forgot the title), "What your eyes see and ears hear, the mind believes."

Sometimes people cannot tell you the full truth, because they themselves are not sure whom to trust or because they know that complete and honest disclosure would stall all the progress because they fear others would judge them mostly on surface - "ears and eyes" (as people usually do). So on surface some of peoples' actions and words they say may appear misleading at first but you have to watch where they are heading. If you do, what you find thought is that there is a lot of honor beneath false protective presences.

So Monique hun, you will possibly never read this but when you called me this morning to tell me the story of this movie you vividly demonstrated to me how one cannot be quick to judge or believe his ears in this case. You clever girl, I should have expected something like that from you :)

This movie sequel is on entirely different dimension than the other two. I would say even if you read this to just forget everything sit there and enjoy the ride, because there's a lot of it.

    Enough said!

    damn you civilised world.

LOL Ninja, it will come soon enough :). In meantime you can watch youtube trailers. But now that I think of it even them were deliberately done in such a way as to mislead in a sweet way the meaning of the real story of the movie and make you completely surrender to the experience when you finally do come to the theater without really knowing what is coming next.

I saw the first movie and I am anxious to see the new one.

ELIZABETH: It would have never worked out between us.
JACK SPARROW: Keep telling yourself that, darling.

Reminds me of something I say to my wife. When I do something like help her put her coat on, she thanks me and compliments me saying "that was really sweet." Then I say, "don't get used to it."
