You know days where nothing you eat really satisfies you. I just can't seem to satisfy my appetite today and yet other days I forget to eat at all...

Whats your favourite munchy therapy when you get hungry?

everyday is a munchy day, lol.

Just kidding i know what you mean, when I have days like that I love Haagen Daaz, pralines and cream or Ben and Jerrys Dublin Mudslide.

my mum loves it when it's defrosted. I once ate some that had defrosted when the power went out, i was at the a$$embly, and it refrosted. I had such a bad stomach after that.

I've had a munchy month - I put it down to the stress of doing essays combined with my computer keeping crashing.

I usually end up on a diet of chocolate, tinned tuna and oven chips! I also try to keep stocked up on ready meals like lasagne, spag bol - value ones so that even if I don't enjoy them, I've eaten something balanced that didn't cost a lot of money.

cous cous is nice with lots of lemon juice on it - mixed with tuna, cress and spring onions if you have them

i know these days. i think the best reaction to it is not to eat at all. just drink tasty things. it just makes the food the more delicious the other day.

Crumpet, I get horrible hankerings for cheese popcorn at about 2000 calories per bag. I usually have had a very low calorie day the day before. It is a wonderful filling/satisfying treat......albeit a horrible calorie, salt, cholesterol producing problem.
