Actually on the whole my skin is pretty good - I drink 2 -4 litres of water every day no matter what, eat loads of fruit and fresh veg and like to smother it in baby oil to seal in moisture after a bath. However its not as glowing as it was in Dallas, alas. And I can tell I am run down as I get slight psoriasis at the side of my nose - you cant really see it, but it tells me that I need to rest better and get more fresh air.
I havent had any for a week and I am waivering between a period of celibacy or aiming towards my long term goal of 100 lovers in my life time. I have to reason that its only going to get harder to get any the older I get....
And honey - your skin is utterly radiant - lucky girl!

Crumples...Lucky I am. I do the baby oil thing each day. I have to. I love the neutrogena oil...it is the bomb. But the lavender baby oil is great too...and yes you must have stocked up prior to a dry spot because your skin just glows gal!
