You find yourself with a couple of hours to yourself - what do you to relax and make yourself feel good without imbibing substances? What does your partner like to do?

Aside from any substance or sex I try to find something hilarious to watch on TV to get my mind of things. LRG

I have heard it before....some time long, long ago....before this two year old with RAD came into our lives...

Yes a good movie on TV , at the movies, rented video/DVD all good relaxation

I'm a pisces so if I want to relax I get wet. Meaning bubble bath and a book, of course.
I have a sign I put on the door "perfect bath in progress, don't even think about it" to keep out anyone who might mistakenly intrude.
