My dog and I just had some sunflower seeds, pretzels and beer. Yes he really really likes sunflower seeds and he enjoys a pretzel as well. (they were not in the shell)

Not a thing! Water. I made myself not skip lunch and ate a sensible dinner. I have been going to a chiropractor for almost a week now. I had a deep tissue massage, and today I went and worked out for an hour at the gym......I'm trying. (But I feel like a big bat has been knocked about my whole body!) Ouch. Mmmmm water. (No late eating!) I can do this.
