So ultimately, the WTS owns itself. There isn't a single member beneath it that is immune from expulsion.

However it's actions are decided by a board committee. This board is comprised by the Governing Body. It's rather laughable. The Governing Body is actually more responsible to a corporation than Jesus.

Some suspect that the WTS is the front organisation of another unknown organisation that is cleverly hidden behind it and the GB members are just their puppets. I.e. we probably don't really know who the real owners and directors of the WTS are. Just as we don't know how much profit they really make and who takes it.

The shieks really dont want the WTBT$, but if they can control 6 million people so simply, why the hell not, and the money from the publishing ~~company~~ front is pretty good too. The secret Dubai office of the WTBT$ is on one those new floating palm islands. where Ted and the boys enjoy Wednesday GB meetings along with a good massage at the world-class spas. ....

WTBT$ is really just one of many enterprises the shieks in Dubai own in the ultimate goal of controlling the world when the oil runs out.
