I live in an apartment-They just think they own things like parking spots because they've been here for 15 years and I've been here for 3. Fortunately, no one crazy that I'm aware of!

Ok everyone, I sympathize with you and dealing with bad neighbors, but I guarantee you I have the worst in this hemisphere.

My jerk neighbor spent 3 years in jail for filth in his yard, (We fought for 15 years fighting with him and the county and the district attorney finally nailed him) he got out, and just sued every neighbor he could. The suit was dismissed by the judge as frivolous, and his yard is still filled with crap.

Initially it took 6 semi's to clean his yard.. loaded by the locals in jail....It took the fellows well into the night to load up the trailers.

If you need to see, you can look up "Airplane man, Altamonte Springs, Florida"

If you need help I have pictures that would curl your toes......he is 4 doors down from me.

Let me know if you can't find the info.

We've got drug-dealers, a half-way house, Schizos and taxi-drivers in our neighbourhood. So, no, we don't have any crazy neighbours - it's all very quiet, actually!

was this the same guy who had the human butt sculpture in his yard? I heard about that from someone in florida...

Litter Felon, aka "Annoying Neighbor," slapped with three years in prison

The Altamonte Springs, Florida man, dubbed Seminole County's "Annoying Neighbor," has been sentenced to spend three years in jail for his junk cluttered yard and violation of probation from an earlier junk felony conviction. Alan Davis's yard on Alpine Street -- where he'd accumulated more than a decade's worth of trash, scrap parts and old cars -- might have been declared a folk art treasure elsewhere in America. But neighbors regarded it as an unsightly pile designed to drive them crazy, and the judge agreed. He was fined over $200,000 for continuing littering and nuisance violations, and the legal battle continued, with Davis ultimately serving time in prison. Davis transported his giant butt sculpture to court at one point, so it's hard to understand why the judge wasn't more lenient... [01/31/2005]Tourism News: Latest Headlines

Another time, he came and asked me if I had my cat. (black and white), I said yes, why? "well, one was crossing the street in front of your house and I took a good aim, and its now laying in the middle of the road!" What a sick nut!

If I ever found out a neighbour killed one of my cats, that person would be sorry they were ever born and I'm not kidding. I'm a real cat lover and cannot stand cruelty to animals.

Nope. No crazies in our neighborhood. Some "odd", but very nice people who would give the shirt off their back for you.

That's good Buttlight that you're keeping your cool. You have to play it right w/those sort.

'Sadly' they have moved now but they used to keep us 'entertained' for hours!

The Mum was a single mum with a very violent boyfriend. However, she was well able to look after herself and it appeared she had taken lessons from Steven Segal. She had a son who was in constant trouble with the police and always causing trouble.

On one occassion he threw all of his mothers underwear out of the flat window!!!

On another occassion he came out of his flat and let all four of his mums car tyres down. (He was about 16 years old)

On another occassion he chased his mum's boyfriend up the road with a hammer!

His mother and her boyfriend would have regular fights in the street so bad that even the police didn't want to get involved!!

Finally he went to court and ended up getting tagged and on curfew! However, this was not enough for him. He was being carefully watched by the Police. Infact until the final incident we had no idea that plain clothes police were watching him. He attempted to mug a woman standing at a bus stop just outside his flat and across the road from us. However, standing near this woman was a large undercover police man. The boy was armed with a knife and even with this massive man standing there he was not even a little bit afraid of getting caught. He begins the mugging, the Policeman lunges for him, disarms him, throws him onto the boot of a car belonging to another neighbour. The policeman is calling for back up and the boy is smashing his own head in on the boot of the car. The neighbours who own the car come out and start shouting at the policeman to let the 'poor boy' go and stop damaging the car.

Four police cars and about twenty policemen turn up a few moments later as all hell had broken loose!

The boy was locked away and we haven't seen him since. The minute he was taken his mother moved home so that neither the son or the boyfriend would find her again!

The next people in that flat were a young couple constantly fighting.

The boyfriend, a paramedic, would rush out of the flat and attempt to get away from the girlfriend in his car and she would come out and 'moon' at him as he drove off at high speed! How she didn't cause massive traffic collisions with that arse of hers I'll never know!

Thankfully we have nice sensible people living there now! Hope it stays that way!

Once when I lived in the college coed dorms, we heard a big commotion and looked outside to see a girl screaming (there were two guys in the apartment) and banging on the door. I was more concerned with the tv program I was watching and besides she wasn't screaming anything juicy anyway.
But then the next morning when I open the door I see where the door had been knocked in and there is a blood trail down the stairs. I found out from security that she had knocked in the door and stabbed her boyfriend .. . .
