I think I will stay around the house a bit today. Catch up on some video games...yes i'm a videogamer..or at least I try to be.

For me, a Very Early Beginning. Here in Alberta, it's just after six in the morning. It looks like the weather has socked in for a while, so I might write a short story or two.
Hubby and I are checking out MP3 download sites for fifties, sixties, and seventies oldies. He has a new cell phone to load up with 'tunes.

I have been up since 5.30 this morning....or past midnight in the east coast of the US.....my boy is playing ten pin bowling on the nintendo wii as I type....going back to work in a couple of hours.....this is a weird part of the day for me...reality is kicking in because I am sober......shudder

My town is having a festivale today. My son's boyscout troop has a water ballon booth and he, hubby, and myself (hubby signed me up without my knowledge) are going to help. First shift is at 10am, I gotta get the boy up and going.

Well I recently became homeless due to no fault of my own. But a neighbor took my husband and I in and now we are awakening every morning in the upstairs master bedroom of a 5 bedroom two story lovely Tudor home overlooking a breathtaking canyon. And this weekend we have it all to ourselves! So I say, you never know how your day is going to turn out! WOO-HOO!!!!!

I'm at work, have clients scheduled today. The property manager just informed me that they will be cutting off the roof overhang outside my office today, all around the building, making a tremendous amount of noise and mess. He does this now and then - he has to have known for some time this was going to happen and if he just warned us we wouldn't make any appointments and we'd take the day off.
Otherwise, I'm going to Borders today to buy something to read, going to visit a friend, stay inside as it is going to be over 110 degrees today. I paid my bills and worked on a project last night so I feel free today.

I've been up since 7. Went to a garage sale at the Episcopal Church. Bought a couple of books and a couple of bottles. At 10 a.m. I attended a Catholic ordination at the Co-Cathedral, which was followed by a reception in the church hall. Now, I'm home, pursuing my addiction (the internet).
