I think in this case your heart and mind chose the right course....to dismiss the incident and forgive the newly baptized witness.
You were her study conductor. You were her "mother" in the truth and fed her the crapola that made her the drone she is today. You do bear some direct responsibility for her ignorant position today.
In this case, with her, your mercy should overide your desire for justice. But if it was someone else I agree, you might want to press charges with the management and accuse the offending greeter of deliberately shunning you. -

The most ridiculous shunning I ever got was from a sister who would phone our house to talk to my wife, Hazel. If I answered the phone she would say "Hazel?"

Do you want to talk to Hazel?
"Hazel?"...
Who's calling? (Even though I had known this ditz for 10 years)
"Hazel?"...
The first time it happened I put my wife on the phone for her. The second time she pulled this asinine tactic to avoid speaking to me directly I just hung up the phone.

I just try to be kind to everyone (almost everyone, truly stupid people get the wrath of Mr. Snake.). Just remember you were a mindless dub once and would have done the same if you had been the greeter. yeah, I dont like WallyWorld either. They built a StuporStore in the next town over. Our town voted no so they are building north of us. After Sam Walton died, the corp. went to hell. (it was in purgatory when he was alive). I prefer Target.

They don't realize their stupid shunning routine has no place while they are on a job and being paid to perform. Don't let it concern you that you are being ignored. Just have a pleasant expression on your face and go about your business. You don't really need her, do you?
I wonder what would happen if she were in trouble and her so-called spiritual friends were not around, would she expect you to help HER?

Personally I feel Grammy did the right thing. I was shunned before I DAed myself by a friend of 21 years. I followed her through the store as I was damned she wasn't going to see a picture of my grandchild. We chit chatted a few minutes. And that was it......

I wish all greeters at all establishments would shun me. I don't shop at walmart, and never will as long as there is an alternative. The place that annoys me the most is the Mandarin restaurant. I really don't appreciate hearing, "WELCOME TO MANDARIN" forty times by numerous different people, some of them shouting their welcomes from the other end of the restaurant. The last time it happened I turned around and walked out while I was being escorted to a table. On my way out I told the manager that I was only trying to have lunch and there was no good reason for them to make such a fucking spectacle over it. I haven't been back since then.
I like it when JWs shun me. I shun them too. I left the kingdom hall because I didn't want those people in my life. Why should I complain if they shun me?
