Nvr- I'll contact you when my list is completed.

I think I'd like to proof-read that list when you're done. Sweet things that I cannot get enough of....Reese's Peanut Butter Cups! But my favorite dessert is Pineapple Upsidedown Cake. BFD

    Anything my grandmother made, especially:

    Bread pudding

    Custard

    Apple stack cake

    Southern banana pudding

Fried pies made from Kentucky apples she dried herself and a sweetened biscuit dough (are you listening, Junction Guy?)

My mom made good rice pudding

Chocolate is good, but many other things are better.

    Regards,

You can get me to do just about anything if you stick a slice of good key lime pie in front of me . Or lemon merangue. Or sugar cream. Or a well made cheese cake.

BTW, did you know that lemon merangue pie is one of the most difficult pies to make?

    1) You can screw up the crust

    2) You can screw up the filling

    3) You can screw up the merangue (that happens a lot)

    My wife.

Ok, so I don't get accused of hijacking, here's the sugar answer:

Deepest, darkest, chocolate truffles. The more expensive the better. (As a general rule)

I love meringues with whipped cream. Strawberries and cream is a favorite at this time of year. Panna cotta is one of my top desserts, although you hardly ever see it served in the UK. The most luscious pudding I have had recently is a banana and butterscotch trifle - it is a Delia recipe:
