awe man, i have so many ideas, but, have no idea how to do this. tutorial anyone? lol

All you do is load the picture up in your graphics editing program, then draw a a text box where you want the text.

Enter the text.

Save as a JPG.

Done.

You could do it in Word, or Publisher. I'm not sure about saving a Word file as a JPG, but you may be able to.
