You can only safely pee while riding if it is raining.... otherwise it gets all over you and the passenger. Trust me.
As for lifting those tops, besides being a good view, it also shows attitude which is a good thing. We will often test out a chicks demeanor by tempting her to let the puppies out, in public. When they do, they move up a notch. The shy ones are left as shy.
