This judge should know better, I mean come on wasting the courts time, taxpayers money, for what? I hope he is removed from the bench, and made to pay back all the wasted time, what an Asshole!

One other point, in law he is in his rights to sue, however he should only be compenstated for what the pants costs, all this other crap about advertising about the satisfaction, there is reason with that, like if you go to a burger joint and they say the best burger in town, you eat it and it really wasn't all that great you can not sue for millions over a freaking burger. The judge hearing this case should have tossed it down to small claims court, which I doubt the price of the pants would have been more than SC limit.

This judge is such a jerk, this is clearly a frivolous lawsuit, he should be disbarred.
I saw this on CNN, the family lost thousands of dollars in legal fees and their credit is ruined, they said that they may have to go back to their country so much for comming to America the land of opportunity.
