What Bible text the WT uses to introduce the idea of being "perfect" in paradise?

pixel. Exactly! When I left I did elementary (I didn't have a lot of time) search on JW subjects that bugged me, "perfection" as a whip and a carrot being one of them. As I recall, aside from a subjective one off comment regarding perfection, there is no promise/provision of whatever JW "perfection" in the Bible.
It was another brick in the wall for me. Funny though as I recall, when I would bring it up...NOBODY wanted to discuss it. Perhaps a hard thing to let go of? I could never buy the concept...it just didn't work in my brain.

One of my little rubicons was realizing that "perfection" - for all intents and purposes - doesn't exist.
There's no such thing.
And that - more importantly - there doesn't need to be.
