Hi there..I am only 32 and just a mild mannered guy, but having just lost my father on july third from a fatal motorcycle accident I can understand the shock of a sudden unexpected loss...people tell me time helps. I just got some sleep...granted with some assistance but it helps. Sleep helps. This board helps a WHOLE lot...somewhere to dump...anyways...hope this helps some..
