Ak Jeff: If you are slightly sensing, than you lean toward intuitive. Making you an enfj, just like me.

free2think: you are an infj. The introverted form of AK Jeff and I.

We are all NF's: intuitive feelers. A minority, population wise, but very cool.

All this is based on the research of Myers and Briggs, who took the thoughts of Carl Jung a step further. These testes are used by many big coorporations to screen prospective employes. It is highly reagsded as accurate.

    ISTJ

ISTJ: "Life's natural organizers": Dependable, accountable, responsible. Type: the quintessential manager. A no-frills, work-hard/play-hard sort. Lives by the bottom line and can be very cost-conscious. Work comes first, then family and community (describes 6% of the general population, 30% of the U.S. military). the ISTJ's natural partner is the ESFP, or the ESTP. ISTJ's dominant function of Introverted Sensing is best matched with a partner whose personality is dominated by Extraverted Sensing

INFJ - not sure what that means about me but the description of the HSP fits me - will be interesting to read. I've always compared being in a noisy crowd to being nibbled to death by ducks.

I bought this book about a year ago, not so much for me but so I could understand some people around me who seemed to fit into this category.

There are a few things that apply to me personally. Still, I'm far from introverted. People tend to mistake my quietness for shyness. I believe I'm ENTP.

Yes, I am an introvert and HSP. However, I have taught myself to appear far less introverted and sensitive than I really feel.

My mother despised me because she said I was "standoffish." She means as a child! It never occurred to her that I was yanked away at 5 days old and operated on for a birth defect, that I was again removed from my family at 8 months old and left at a hospital 60 miles away where I could not see them very often. At 7 years old I was in the hospital for 9 months 200 miles from home. Therefore, I have forgiven myself for failing to be the miniature party girl Mom wanted me to be.

Yes, I had Asperger Syndrome as a child. I still have abandonment issues. I am an INFP, mixed with INTP.

Crying less and less and expressing myself more and more,

I'd say that I identify with the nervous system profile. And my profile is INFJ.
