Inside the bOrg? Yeah
Inside or outside the JWs life is the most awesome interesting adventure I've EVER been on!
No. I love life! Life is an adventure and I love adventures and experiences! I've been through a lot, but I love it!
Yes. I would have missed the pain. I don't give a **** about the dance.
My take on Garth Brooks song.
No. But there have been times when I felt that way.
What's wrong, Pope? Do you need to talk about something? I'm glad you were born because you make me laugh sometimes when I really need to.

I know I haven't been through near of any of the horror that many of you have been through, but I don't feel sorry I was ever born. I see this whole issue as something that could help me grow, just like any other difficult experience in life.

Thanks Sandra.
Guess I'm just a bit blue today.....

no, not sorry I was born. I've had some good times, know some good people. Sorry for a lot of things, wish I had a more normal childhood, might have more social skills, better education, etc. But with the combination of alcoholic father and JW mother, well...
However, I'm still glad I'm here - glad you all are here.
That's not a good frame of mind at all. As others have stated above life is, of course, all there is. Pleasure/pain, sadness/joy, love/hate. Just a few days ago I spent a couple of hours with a young woman of about 17 and her parents. The girl was severely disabled by cerebral palsy. When we parted company, I actually felt uplifted by their happy spirit and positive outlook. I would feel ashamed to say I wish I was never born. Wishing such a thing is playing around the edges of contemplating suicide.
