Many words, terms, symbols and icons are ubiquitous among many different groups across the span of many years; sometimes, centuries. Coincidently, there is always going to be more than one group who happen to use certain phrases, terms, or icons at any given time. As is often the case, apparent links are only just that: apparent.

Let's not be silly. We don't have to go on Easter Egg Hunts to find evidence of stupidity and hypocrisy in the WTB&TS. There is an abundance of low-lying spoiled fruitage to keep us busy.

Again, various phrases and terms are ubiquitous throughout many periods of time and with many groups. Both Buddhism and the Watchtower use the term "enlightenment", which means nothing. Terms such as Golden Age, New Age, New Era, New World, Everlasting Hope, are used by countless spiritual groups; even by politicians running for office. It proves nothing.
By the way, I've seen the term "Golden Age" as the name of a retirement home in a city where I used to live. I would dare say there was no link to any occultism. -
