Yes, I understand, that is difficult to communicate at bad knowledge of language.
Option of the Russian text:
1. To expose the coding Cyrillics (Windows).
2. The text will be displayed in Russian.
3. Translate, please, the translator from Russian on English.
4. Give the answer at a forum in English.
5. We shall translate.

But how are we to understand what to reply to?
Babelfish translates from Russian to English. It will take some perseverance but could prove worthwhile.
