I start therapy in a couple of weeks. Can't you get in any sooner? PhilipPhilip the waiting list in this country is 18 months. I am really lucky/messed up to get a referral that soon. I spoke to my doctor about 3 weeks ago and he said I would get priority treatment because of my state of mind and because I should have had professional counselling a long time ago. I was actually really surprised to get referred this soon.

I was also away for a while and didn't realise that you are going through a bad spell. I think human contact and social interaction is what we need to keep ticking and can't understand why you are cutting it out.
You are a quite gifted person, intelligent, kind hearted, physically attractive and you should easily be able to develop a great social life.

Oh babe big hugs, I hope that you can get through this, Im in a funk as well at the moment and trying desperately to get out of it. I went through something similar a few months ago, where I was just happy to stay at home with my daughter and not venture out, people really piss me off and I didn't want anything to do with them. Im better now then what I was, I do enjoy going out now.
