On the DMV website it requires an explanation of the license plate's meaning.
How about:
JW NOT
I entered it and it looks like it's not taken.
For an explanation to DMV you could say that you're a "JW" who loves the New (N) and the Old (O) Testament (T).
Barf!!!!
Or are you set on something with some variation of "Aposta" in it?
