You are looking at the wrong pics. Yesterday someone uploaded that pic to image shack and the other pic is from ebay I think. The foretune city file server is not working at present . look here http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/12/138711/1.ashx
Fortune citys banner is there instead.

That is likely because the image is hot-linked in that post. A number of web-hosts do not allow you to link directly to images on their sites to preserve bandwidth. It would seem Fortune-city is one of those, so that you get a placeholder image in a page that hot-links rather than the image you've embedded.
If you right-click on the image, look at its properties, copy the full URL to the image and paste that into your browser, you see the image. It's still there at Fortune-City.
