It is possible in England. It was covered in a previous thread, unfortunately, I forget the link.
However, they will only accept donations of more than 5 pounds.

Well, I for one am disgusted....they more or less condemn the Internet yet use it to rake in money - As JWs are discouraged from searching the Net (anything JW related at least), do they advertise this 'link' to the faithful dubs? ... if not...hmmmm
