Also aware of the fact that in the past the org through its end of time prophecies got the dubs to do things that were harmful to their long term inetrests eg avoid education, pension schemes for security in old age, having a family, all because the end was so very near, coming any time now.

Sacrificing for the Kingdom was in fact sacrificing for a manmade organisation pretending to be in charge of the Kingdom's earthly work.

    RIGHT MIND?

Since the left side of the brain controls the right side of the body,

and the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body,

only LEFT-HANDED people are in their RIGHT MIND !!

No one in their right mind would want to work for the Wactower Society.

Someone who came out of an authoritarian family, who thought rigidness was the norm, who was sixteen and searching for the answers to life and some way to make a difference in the world, and who was too inexperienced to be aware of what a cult is and how it operates.

I don't necessarily equate mental unstableness with simply not ever having experienced the norm.

I was an earnest seeker when I joined. When it got so bad I started questioning my sanity, I left.

I have since left another "mainstream" church because I recognized the same type of behaviors.

LOL Gopher!: So I am definitely in my right mind, then:)
