wow...what a random question. i have no clue what the JW view of this is, but i can speculate. assuming that adam and eve actually existed, i would say that no, they didn't since neither of them were born through a normal nine month term pregnancy which would require an umbilical cord.
This is a bit like the chicken and the egg question! But i have no idea and i can't stop thinking about it now!
