I have been inactive in service for about 4 years and attend only 3 meetings per month. The Elders pretty much leave me alone. When the D.O. and C.O. visit the congregation,they somehow have a little more interest in me .
Who brings up my name for the visit? What do tey tell the P.O. and C.O. that they are so interested in me? Or,are the Elders just interested in me just to show that they are doing their job and that they look good in the P.O. and C.O. eyes?
Isn't there a P.O. for each congregation? Why do they have to "visit?" Maybe it stands for Poser Overseer?
A review of inactive ones is made and you're always there. Who knows? Maybe you'll come back to Jehovah?

I'm sorry that I confused the P.O. with the D.O. I know that each congregation has a P.O. The heavyweights that come twice a year are always looking for me. A couple of months ago they both showed up at my door. My wife told them that I was working. I know that they will be back.

You already know the answer. Borg training taught elders to concentrate on the ones with
actual potential, and to give that (token) once or twice a year obligatory call upon inactive ones that
don't have much potential. The elders waiting for the C.O. visit to call upon you- this allows
them to prove to him that they are trying to reach you, and gives them something to do
after their full lunch at some pioneer's home, rather than more door-to-door with the rank-and-file
or return visits driving around in the heat or cold. They are actually looking for an EASY
afternoon with a person who will be friendly and serve them lemonade or coffee.
To be fair, the elders might really be concerned about you, and have tired of making efforts to
do more for you, so they make a special effort during the C.O. visit. This along with the
lemonade or coffee or avoiding unproductive door-to-door work- that can explain it.
it's simply because they have to fill out paperwork and make an accounting of all their members to the co.

Well tell them to go see a doctor and have their cholesterol checked. In the end nobody else can help them, they need to change their diet and get more exercise..

Actually, the PO is the presiding overseer of the congregation and is with it all the time. However, I guess you show up on their radar because you still attend some meetings and the PO wants to look good to the CO when he comes around for his visit. Considering how hard it was for them to establish themselves in Iceland (it took something like 35 years to convert their first native Icelander according to their official history), I guess they want to make the effort to try and hold on to what they've got there.
By the way, my son and I have a friend there in Iceland. We had him here for a visit and he had some interesting things to say about the Witnesses and what folks think of them over there.

Because they really do not care about you. They only care about keeping the CO off their backs over shepherding.
Are you really from Iceland? I think it's one of the first countries to consistently show negative growth for some time now.
Were you kidding around, or are you a genuine Icelander? If so, fill us in on what you see happening there.
Also, there are supposed to be more babes per square foot in Iceland than anywhere else on the globe. What's your take?
