Thanks, Eclipse. As far as the police go, I remember a time, a few years ago, when I saw an older man picking up little boys and driving off with them in his car. I happened to talk with him once, and he said he liked to let homeless kids hang out at his house. The next time I saw a local police officer, I said "I know you can't do anything about this, but you ought to know..." and I told the officer about this guy and his car license #. The cop said "thanks," and said it was a good thing to know. A few days later I read about this guy being busted. Turns out he wasn't a pedophile, but a drug dealer.
