The Watchtower thinks too much of its image to carry out a mass killing of former members, IMHO. But there may be individual JW's with particular mental illnesses who would do such a thing.
The WT regrets that it cannot legally kill those who disagree with its teachings and do not respect its arbitrary authority. We acknowledge that regret and live our lives authentically.

Didn't the Borg publish a statement in a rag back in the 60's or 70's to the effect that if not for the law of the land, they would carry out the OT punishment upon apostates and other unrepentant sinners?
I've seen some post that they did hear some members claiming if they did get orders from headquarters they would. As for now they seem to believe in non violence . The catholic church I'm sure started out that way then depending on their leadership took to violence against dissent .
My husband and I are avid gun collectors, let's just say we would be very hard to take down, so I have no fear of anyone comming after me.

No, the only thing i fear about them is that they will get my kids sucked into their religion and i'll lose them. My 5yr old still talks about going to meetings with his cousin etc

but I think they are quite smugly content to dwell on the idea that ONLY THEY will live forever on their perfect paradise earth with others who are superior just like them, and dream of the day when they will get to enjoy seeing all the nonJWs rotting all over the face of the earth.

However I remember a post fearing that the WTBS would hand their members over to the NWO (via UN relationship). As someone else put it "Singing Kingdom Ministry Songs all the way to the Gas Chamber". This latter has more potential then a mass Apostate massacre. Remember JWs don't associate or speak to Apostates much less dare to visit internet sites not "approved" by the Borg.
Besides killing Apostates would be too time consuming and would take away time from Field Service!
