Because it is hot as hell outside, it has to be 113 at least, when you walk outside you feel like you are on fire, someone make it stop! I can't imagine going out in service in this heat but this morning on my way to work what do I see? Faithful JWS walking the streets, should it be considered child abuse to make children go out in ervice in this heat?

Yep, it's a warm one. I'm glad I live at the beach. That being said,, It's hot here too, in the 90s. I do know what you're going through, I just came back from the valley.

Is it 113 F under shade or in direct sunlight? If under shade that is high in fact anything above 92 F begins to feel uncomfortable unless the humidity is very low.

Why don't you switch on the air conditioning to solve the problem?

Which do you prefer, 113 or 20 below zero like we have in the winter time here.

    It's 60 here right now :)

As a kid, I would throw up in service from the heat. Never stopped my parents.

I prefer the heat. I was born and raised in Minnesota. Moved to california 4 years ago. I moved for that very reason, to get away from the cold.

Me too Highlander, that's why I moved to Darwin. Don't want to see another winter again for as long as I live!

Highlander, I'm with you. I too lived in that icebox, only there was a lot of snow to go with the cold with I lived there. I'll take the heat any day.
