I went to the specialist yesterday and was checked into the hospital for a series of tests. The news is good. My liver enzymes are staying normal and there are no signs of continuing damage to my liver. He even said there has been some healing. So no transplant needed at this time. They will continue to monitor me the rest of my life but so far the news is tentatively good.

Thanks everyone for your encouragement. I am still a little down but I will continue to take things a day at a time.

I'm out of the loop. I don't read here every day or even every week anymore, not because I don't want to. All of a sudden I realized Blondie's WT comments are being done by others around here. I miss Blondie. Can anyone give me an update? Thanks.
